There’s an initiative about to launch which I’m heavily involved with, both as a copywriter and an investor. It’s called Maths on Screen.
It’s a brand new company working in association with Maths Inspiration, which has delivered inspiring, fun and educational maths lectures to many thousands of students 2011. Maths on Screen the latest shows have been filmed for release on DVD.
The presenters are all well-known names in maths and/or the media and business. If you know any 13-16 year olds, the DVDs are well worth getting. There are six at a tenner apiece (+ VAT), or £50 + VAT for the lot.
