This project was a little different in that its showcasing a property company rather than an individual development. It involved defining and describing values, as well as showcasing the unique selling points of this forward-thinking business.

Sustainability – we see this not just in terms of environmental sensitivity, but in the durability of our designs and the choices we make, from site selection to construction and the value we add across properties, people and communities.
Collaboration – many of our best projects are the result of shared visions. As well as private sector companies we work extensively with local councils, social landlords, education authorities and the NHS.
Community spaces that add to harmony, health and well-being are an increasingly important feature of our developments. For example, in recent years we have tripled the amount we spend on landscaping. Plus we’re always looking for new ways to make our environments great places to live, work and relax in.
Lea Wharf in Hertford is typical of the approach we take to creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. The 98 riverside apartments will benefit from a uniformed concierge service plus a private residents’ roof garden overlooking the river. A central piazza will feature a wealth of new restaurants, cafes and shops. Also in development here is a medical hub which will be able to cater for the equivalent of two GP practices – around 16,000 people.
