Soho property company Outlet were up against stiff competition in the London market. They had been paying an SEO company a lot of money for little return. Even worse, the SEO company’s outmoded methods were actually costing Outlet traffic and business.
I was asked to write some web copy but I was able to go much further. Having analysed their site and overall marketing I was able to identify they changes they needed to make, and which areas to prioritise. By terminating the SEO company contract they were able to save a great deal of money. At the same time, the changes I made to the site more than doubled traffic in the first year alone. I continued to work with them for many years, completely revamping their website, writing blog posts and other marketing projects, and providing clear, actionable reports that allowed them to take back control.
