B2B Copywriting Case Study – PRIME Bahrain – website, brochures, SEO

Background

PRIME Instant Offices and Business Centre is located in Manama, Bahrain. Their clients range from multi-national businesses looking to open an office in Bahrain through to start-ups and individual professionals wanting to visit or do business in the country. The company offers a wide variety of services, including office space, virtual offices, business support, IP protection and visa assistance.

PRIME had previously used an SEO company with little success, and had also had a poor experience with another copywriter. It was essential that they found the right long-term approach with a writer and marketing consultant that they could trust.

Solution

With so many potential services and markets, my first contributions were strategic. I advised on channel and audience prioritisation before turning my attention to their website, beginning with choosing the right keyword terms.

As well as advising on numbers and types of pages, I completely rewrote the site, including the tags. I also made many adjustments and additions to it over the years. With new competitors appearing and existing ones adjusting their strategy, not to mention Google frequently modifying their algorithm, website optimisation is never static.

I also monitored the site for problems. A major design issue by a third party led to major loss of traffic, but I was able to identify the cause and the situation was rectified.

Over the years, I continued to add to and advise on the website, as well as adjust existing content to reflect changes in what Google were looking for, and to meet potential clients’ needs. I additionally wrote brochures and other sales collateral. I also rewrote the website of an affiliated legal company.

Results

The results were excellent from the beginning, with many relevant and searched-for terms on the first page of Google after just a few months. Overall traffic grew steadily as well, along with enquiries and subsequent new customers.

I ended up working for PRIME for well over 10 years. As of 2026, PRIME has just celebrated its 21st birthday and they continue to use my copy.
