The brochure copywriter's secret weapon
Brochures can be (and frequently are) pretty dull affairs to look at. But one of their big advantages is that, if you're prepared to pay a little extra, you can really make your brochure stand out from the crowd.
Good photos can do a great deal. Nowadays,it's simple to get a pic or two for not much cost from a stock agency. Simple illustrations, line drawings, cartoons can all work wonders too.
But have a think about the medium as well. Good quality paper is available in all kinds of shapes, sizes and tints. You can even print your brochure on something other than paper, if it makes sense and is relvant to what you do.
Or how about playing around with the shape? Turn a basic leaflet into a rollfold. Have a cut through reveal. Even tag a bit extra on to a page.
Ok, it's not suitable for all businesses and budgets. But for some it could make all the difference.
